Right-Now Restoration provides emergency and non-emergency property restoration services, including but not limited to water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, and storm damage repair (collectively, the "Services").

All Services are subject to a separate written service agreement or work authorization signed by you prior to the commencement of any work. These Terms apply to your use of our website and your initial engagement with us, and do not replace any signed service agreement.

We reserve the right to decline service to any individual or property at our sole discretion.

2. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:

• Use the website for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content

Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier and plan. Right-Now Restoration is not responsible for any charges incurred by your carrier in connection with SMS communications.

5. Insurance Claim Assistance

Right-Now Restoration may assist you in preparing and submitting documentation to your insurance carrier in connection with a covered loss. This assistance is provided as a courtesy and does not constitute legal or insurance advice.

We make no guarantees regarding the outcome of any insurance claim, the amount your carrier will approve, or the timeline for claim processing. All final decisions regarding coverage and payment rest solely with your insurance carrier.

You are responsible for reviewing all documentation submitted to your insurer and for maintaining accurate records of your claim. By authorizing us to communicate with your insurer on your behalf, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

6. Estimates and Pricing

Any estimate provided by Right-Now Restoration is based on information available at the time of assessment and is subject to change if additional damage is discovered during the course of work. We will notify you in writing of any material changes to the scope or cost before proceeding with additional work.

A written work authorization must be signed before any paid services commence. Verbal agreements are not binding.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Right-Now Restoration Group LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
